Account Creation

In order to use certain features of Flex Bee, you may be required to create an account (“Account”). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use, of your Account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

Single Account: Unless otherwise permitted by us in writing, each user may only create one account.

User Responsibility: By creating an account, you agree that you are solely responsible for your Account and the activity that occurs while signed in to or while using your Account.

Account Ownership: The person whose email address is associated with the Account at the time of registration will be deemed the owner of the Account.

Prohibited Use: You agree not to create an Account or use Flex Bee if you have been previously removed by us, or if you have been previously banned from any of our services.

Termination: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account, and refuse any and all current or future use of our software, for any reason at any time.

Registration by Minors: Persons under the age of 18, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, are not permitted to register for an account or use our Services.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Our software may enable you to interact with or contain links to your own or third-party websites, platforms, and services that are not owned or controlled by us (collectively, “Third-Party Services”). We are not responsible for the content, functionality, accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or validity of any such Third-Party Services. You use all such Third-Party Services at your own risk.
We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such Third-Party Services. If you access any third party website, service, or content from our software, you do so at your own risk and you agree that we will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party website, service, or content. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of these Third-Party Services, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates. Further, you acknowledge and agree that we have no control over and do not monitor Third-Party Services. We make no guarantees about, and assume no responsibility for, the information, services, or data/privacy practices of Third-Party Services. We strongly encourage you to review the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and other governing documents of any other service that you visit or use. Flex Bee is not responsible for any disclosure, modification, or deletion of such data, information, or other materials as a result of access by the Third-Party Service. You are solely responsible and liable for your interactions with Third-Party Services and any damage that may result or arise out of such interactions. If a dispute arises between you and any third-party service provider, you release us from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Eligibility

Age Requirement: To use our Software, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Users under this age are not allowed to use our service, and any accounts created by such users will be terminated upon discovery.

Legal Capacity: You represent and warrant that you are fully able and competent to enter into, abide by and comply with the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

Good Standing: Your right to use our SaaS is conditioned on your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including this Eligibility section. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

Commercial Use: Unless otherwise expressly authorized herein or in our software, you agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of our software, use of our software, or access to our software.

No Conflicts: You represent and warrant that your agreement to these terms and conditions does not conflict with any other agreement, obligation, court order or legal requirement to which you are a party or subject.

Misuse of Service

Flex Bee reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for any misuse of our platform. This misuse includes, but is not limited to, abuse of the free trial, using our platform for competitive testing, and accepting blocks without fulfilling them. If an account is under review for potential termination, the user will be notified via email.

Account Deletion

Users wishing to delete their accounts should contact our support team. Flex Bee retains the right to maintain any user data upon account deletion for legal, safety, and fraud investigation needs.

Inactive Accounts

Flex Bee reserves the right to delete inactive accounts for security and data management purposes. However, these users retain the right to register a new account in the future.

User Obligations

Users must use Flex Bee responsibly and ethically, adhering to all stipulated guidelines and rules. This includes not abusing the free trial, not using our platform for competitive testing, and not accepting blocks without fulfilling them. Any violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Flex Bee site, including software, design, text, images, and logos, is the property of Flex Bee. Any unauthorized use or infringement should be reported to our support team. Users are not allowed to use our intellectual property without express permission.

Termination Clause

Flex Bee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to misuse or violation of our Terms of Service. Affected users will be notified via email. Upon termination, Flex Bee retains the right to keep any user data for legal, safety, and fraud investigation needs.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from the use of Flex Bee services will initially be addressed through our customer service channels. If a resolution cannot be reached, further action will be determined under applicable laws and regulations. Violation of dispute resolution terms may result in account termination.

Limitation of Liability

Flex Bee provides a platform designed to interface with third-party applications to optimize user experience. However, we bear no liability in the usage of Flex Bee in conjunction with these third-party applications. We strive to provide a secure service but do not guarantee absolute security. Flex Bee does not collect any internal data from these third-party applications or user accounts. We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from service disruptions, data breaches, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy

At Flex Bee, we strive to provide a service that functions as intended and adds value to our customers. If Flex Bee does not perform as promised – including the inability to accept blocks on behalf of a customer – we offer a refund policy. However, this policy is not a money-back guarantee. All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval. Factors considered in the review process include the functionality of our service and specific circumstances pertaining to each request.

Modification of Terms

We, at Flex Bee, reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, add, or delete portions of or otherwise change these Terms of Service at any time without further notice. You should periodically review these Terms of Service for changes. Your continued use of Flex Bee software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Service, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) Flex Bee. It is your responsibility to regularly check Flex Bee to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Service and to review such changes.”

Refund Policy


Thank you for subscribing to our service. We value your trust and are committed to ensuring that our services meet your expectations. To that end, we have put together a clear refund policy that protects our customers who may not have experienced the desired results within the first 7 days of their subscription.



Eligibility for Refund:


Customers are eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:


  • Failure to Catch a Block: The system failed to catch a block on behalf of the customer within the first 7 days of the subscription.

  • Missed Blocks: The system missed at least 25 blocks within the initial 7 days of the subscription.

  • Consistent Search Effort: The customer searched for blocks for a minimum of 1 hour each day throughout the 7-day period.


Refund Process:


  • Customers who believe they are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above should contact our support team within 14 days of the end of the 7-day period, providing evidence or documentation that supports their refund claim.

  • Once the documentation is received, our team will review the claim and determine the eligibility for a refund. The customer will be notified of the decision within 5 business days.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.



Exceptions & Exclusions:


Refund requests made after the 14-day period from the end of the initial 7 days will not be entertained


Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the subscription and do not cover additional charges or services.


Any misuse of the service, or breach of terms and conditions, will invalidate the refund claim.
